Civil Division Positions
Utility Foreman
The foreman position requires candidates to lead their crew by maintaining open communication, production, and safety in the field as well as strong communication between onsite contractors, inspectors, and office management. Foreman must be able to read plans and form a timeline of how project tasks will be completed. Casper Construction is seeking candidates who:

Have previous foreman experience or a minimum of 5 years pipe crew experience
-
Have good leadership, time management, communication, and resource management skills

Is efficient with computers and other technology
-
Have experience reading and interpreting plans
-
Can coordinate daily and weekly functions with crew, inspectors, subcontractors, and management

General Laborer
Casper Construction is in search of dedicated laborers who have a strong work ethic and are part of or willing to join a local Laborers Union. We are in search of applicants who have experience with:

Grading and staking (GPS experience is preferred)

Water and sewer utility experience is preferred but not required

Trench and jobsite safety

Good communication skills
